After researching Bill Nye, I learned that he was so much more than the popular TV character on "Bill Nye the Science Guy." While he had a major impact on children and young adults teaching them about the interesting topics of science in easy-to-understand yet intriguing ways, he was also a comedian, engineer, author, and overall inspiration to so many. The content of this editorial goes into great explanation of Nye's achievements.

The fact that many know him by watching his show in elementary science class gave me the idea of placing the editorial in the setting of a child's desk. I added little bits of clutter here and there to represent his quirky attitude in as the character of the 'Science Guy.'
